Sometimes a product doesn’t fit your space, your setup, or your expectations.That’s okay. We’ll work with you to make it right.
The 60-Day Window
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return.
We give you time —because good decisions don’t always happen instantly.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on items that are:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
What Can’t Be Returned
A few exceptions apply:
- Personalized or customized items
- Opened or used products that cannot be resold
- Final sale items (if clearly marked)
If something arrives damaged or defective, that’s different —we’ll take care of it.
How Returns Work

Step 2 — Get Approved
We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
Step 3 — Send It Back
Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided or recommended method
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Return Costs
- Return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the cost
No hidden fees — just clear expectations.

- Returns should be requested before sending items back
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
- Items not in original condition may be subject to partial refunds

If Something Goes Wrong
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery,and include photos if possible
We’ll resolve it quickly — replacement, refund, or solution.
